Do you give free estimates?
Yes, an experienced member of our management team shows up on time for all scheduled estimates. Additionally, they will take the time to answer all of your questions and concerns.
Do you do pre-construction meetings?
Yes, a member of our management team and the installation crew chief meet with you prior to the project start so that there are no surprises and that everyone knows exactly what to expect. In addition, we also do a post-construction walk-through to make sure no small detail has been overlooked.
Who oversees the job site?
One of our management members oversees every job. That responsibility is to ensure an excellent installation by our installation crew.
Do you offer a warranty on your workmanship?
Yes, we offer a five-year warranty on all completed work.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, copies of all necessary paperwork can be furnished upon request.
What payment options are available?
We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
What kind of warranty does Hardiplank come with?
Hardiplank carries a 50-year transferable product warranty.
Does Hardiplank need to be painted?
Yes, Hardiplank lap siding must be painted. You may also order many James Hardie products coated with the Colorplus Collection by James Hardie factory finishing and coloring system. We recommend
Sherwin Williams duration paint on any custom color choices.
How long will the paint last on Hardiplank siding?
Hardiplank siding resists shrinking and swelling so it holds paint 3 to 4 times longer than wood.
How durable is Hardiplank siding?
Hardiplank siding will not rot or crack, and is resistant to damage from rain, hail, and fire. Although it is incredibly durable, James Hardie siding does not sacrifice the beauty and character of real wood.
Do you install other types of siding besides James Hardie?
Yes, we can accommodate all types of siding to fit your project needs.
What type of warranty does vinyl siding have?
Most vinyl siding comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
Is there any maintenance with vinyl siding or with James Hardie fiber cement siding?
Simply clean it every few years and it will continue to look new.
